Free shipping to the US
Standard shipping to the United States is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
Order processing
We prepare, pack, and hand your order to the shipping company within 1 - 4 business days. Processing time depends on order volume. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery time
USA: 7 - 15 days after dispatch.
The delivery estimate is in addition to the 1 - 4 business day processing period. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please review these timeframes before placing your order.
Priority insured and tracked shipping
If this option is offered and selected at checkout, it prioritizes your order during processing. It does not shorten the delivery timeframe after dispatch. Any additional charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking and delays
When your order is dispatched, we will send shipping confirmation and available tracking details. Carrier capacity, peak holiday periods, weather, and other transport disruptions can cause delays.
An order that is still within the estimated processing and delivery window is not considered overdue solely because it has not arrived. If your order has not arrived after the estimated window, or tracking appears to show a lost package, email info@lumarii.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund as required by applicable law. This policy does not remove any mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
Delivery details and support
Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We may be unable to change an address once the order has been dispatched.
