Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To request a return and refund, contact info@lumarii.com within those 30 days. The product must be returned to receive a refund under this policy.

How to start a return

1. Email info@lumarii.com with your order number, the name or email used for the order, and the reason for your return.
2. We will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before shipping anything back. Do not use an address printed on the package unless we confirm it.
3. Pack the product securely, including its supplied accessories, and send it to the address we provide. Keep your proof of postage and tracking details.

Return shipping costs

The buyer pays the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We recommend a tracked shipping service so the return can be followed. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate solution and any return shipping required by applicable law.

Receiving your refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you to confirm the outcome of your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We process refunds within applicable legal deadlines.

A return request alone does not complete the return. For a standard return under our 30-day policy, you must send the product back. Any mandatory rights to a refund without a return, or before receipt of a return, remain unaffected.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Please email info@lumarii.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where practical, help us assess the problem. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit statutory rights relating to faulty products.

Cancellations and delivery issues

This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, refund, or other rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
